Battery won't charge

I have a TomTom Runner. My battery will not charge. When I plug in to computer or an outlet, a picture of a battery with a slash through it appears. I have tried several different times to connect to both the computer and outlet with no success. I have also left to charge overnight without success. Everything was working fine until a few days ago.

    Check the dock and make sure none of the pins are bent in. If so you can pry them out with a pin and call Support for a replacement if it is under warranty. Also check the contacts on the back of the watch and make sure they are clean. You can wipe them off with a little rubbing alcohol to remove any grime.

    To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
