Lost sound on TomTom to headset-RIDER

Since ive changed my phone from an iPhone 5s to iPhone SE I am unable to get sound. The device tells me I need Bluetooth connection. When I try to reset to get sound. As per instructions .I am unable to get blue and red flashing alternatively

    What device are you talking about? This is a forum specifically for the Touch activity tracking devices which have no sound. try posting in the correct forum to get better results.
