Sync and connection to phone freaking out

Hi there,

My tomtom runner 3 connect to the sport app but did not want to sync so I removed it from my app. But now it won't repair nor does it properly connect with my phone. My bluetooth on the phone is off yet et says it is connected to the phone. PLease any advice would be appreciated.

    If you removed it from the app you need to go into the phone's BT settings and have it forget the watch before you can pair it again. This resets the pairing codes.
