Cannot download new map to my device

Search: "I have a TomTom Go 6000 that I bought in the UK and have been sucessfully using. I have now moved to Australia and have purchsed the Austrlian map but I cannot download it onto my device. I have followed all the instructions but MyDrive keeps asking me to install my device and then says 'servers are busy' retry. I keep retrying but no joy as the messages I gert seem to be on a loop i.e 'add your device'. The map has downloaded onto my Samsung Surface Pro so I know that I have the purchased the map. I have also installed a new 16gb SD card so there is plenty of space for the map to download. Any ideas how I can get the Oz map onto my satnav device?"
