How do you get TomTom to answer support questions?
How do you get TomTom to answer support questions?
If you call them during office hours the say they do not have personel on line to answer, and when you send question by mail they ignor them.
Any "back door" into their support team, because I hope they have one.

But they did not answer in time, so I left for my holiday with an non functional TomTom.
Now, three weeks later I got a reply that do not answer my question.
I will never by any product from them any more, and would recomend no one to bye from them.
Map update for life is not worth a thing if the rest do not work.
TomTom = scrap
