Can anyone explain what happen with my Spark? (Horizontal line on screen)

Since last month my Spark appear horizontal line on screen as photo attached. It happen every time when screen is refreshed. Can anyone explain what the problem is? and any solution?

    At the beginning try to reset the watch to the factory settings. Maby its firmware issue.

    Try reset the watch and this didn't help me.

    It is a bad display. Call Support and they will send you out a new watch if it is under warranty. If not, they will replace it for a fee. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
