I have the TomTom spark 3 for less than a year.
I am currently facing a problem with charging. Specifically, i conntect my watch on laptop, it recognizes the device, connects to ToM TOM sports connect, starts charging for 5 minutes or so and then my watch shows on the chargin screen that it is full and stops charging. As a result, my watch always get 1/10 charged...
i reseted the settings to factory settings, but it didnt solve the problem. Any help?

What happens on the watch face when the software says it's done charging? Have you tried charging the watch using a the Tomtom cable plugged into a normal wall charger instead?0
