Techniques to increase battery life
I've got a Runner GPS watch. It works well but I'm looking for techniques to increase the battery life.
When I turn off all the features but the GPS (ie no HR etc) I get about 12-hours out of it which is pretty good, but I run ultras and so I'd like to get +15 hours at least.
Are there any tricks or techniques to increase the battery life by a few hours.
- charge it on the fly?
- increase the sampling rate so it pings the GPS satellite less often
