been told by tomtom the live services must be purchased from Mercedes by a customer service rep
but Mercedes uk have said this is 100% wrong and tomtom is the only way to update
who is right
did you get anywhere. I am going round in circles trying to renew my live services. A service engineer did extend it by a couple of months but i cant get a definitive answer. I think it has to be done by a merc rep as there is no tomtom option.
I'm currently in the same rabbit hole. Lexus CT200h with Moveon Navi tried renewing my live services, get "TomTom server error", help desk say "No support talk to Lexus" Lexus say this is TomTom. Very frustrating.
