can't update maps on device, have a new computer

I got a new computer, downloaded the tomtom app to the computer, but when I clicked on update the new maps, it said I had two new maps to add, it downloaded for 8 hours. Then when the 8 hours was over, it said the maps were corrupt and I should delete.

no help on the link you sent, when I tried calling the support line the recorded message said you had to have a device less than 5 years old in order to talk to a live person!!!0

Call again on Monday, but remain quite about which device you have until you are actually talking a real agent.0 -
I called today and the gentleman was helpful and hopefully answered my needs - a memory card because my memory on the device is full. He's sending me an e-mail with instructions.0
