MAPS on the VIA 52

I recently bought a USA map and installed it on my TT which I then lost in a rental car. I have replaced the TT with a VIA 52 and wondered whether the map I bought can be used in my new machine or do I have to but another USA map?

    Contact Customer Service and hope you get a sympathetic agent, as normally maps are not transferable. You have previously reported you old as lost?
