A690 County Durham road-Speed limit change

There is a downhill stretch of this road that was reduced from 70mph to 50 about 4 years ago. I just replaced my Start 60 with a 62 but it still showing 70mph, can I get this changed somehow? Thanks.

Well I submitted this same request about 5 years ago when this speed limit was first changed, it didn't work then and appears it hasn't worked now
