Lifetime Traffic suddenly expired- GO 500

After 5 years of using my TomTom Go500, Lifetime TomTom Traffic Europe suddenly expired??? Lifetime Maps Europe still works.

According to this website:

Lifetime – this is the useful life of the device, which means the period of time that TomTom continues to support your device with software updates, services, content or accessories. A device will have reached the end of its life when none of these are available any more.

I don't know about the accessoires, but I still get software updates and can pay for the same expired service, so according to the above definition the lifetime is still ongoing.

What happened here? Did TT suddenly change a purchase condition into a subscription? Is the same going to happen to the Maps?

    I got the same aswer in a GPS forum.
    By telephone you can wait forever, so it seems.
    Bij mail does not work. You can get to a mailing page and type in your story, but the send button does not work.
    Any other ideas?
    I work in Amsterdam. Perhaps I could pay them a visit.

    Problem solved.
    I took the time waiting on the telephone. The telephonist immediately repaired the acount. After a restart of the device traffic information worked again.

    I have the same problem with my Go500.
    The traffic service (for life) has expired while the speed camera service is activated for life (actually paid service expiring in November)

    Who can I contact to solve the problem?
