mistake in the choice of map renewal

I wanted a new map for my integrated TomTom Renault R-link. I made a mistake by using the tom-tom home service and I bought a map for a previous portable TOmTOm GO device no longer in use.
How can I be reimbursed for that purchase. I have received the invoice already

    May I firstly suggest that you edit your post to remove personal details? This is an open Forum.

    It is also a Customer-based Forum and, although TomTom reps sometimes appear, there do not necessarily have that type of access to Accounts!

    However, might I suggest that you give Customer Services a telephone call?
