Activities download on the computer/phone but does not clear it on the watch

Hi, I started off using my phone for monitoring my activities but soon (after 1 months) even though the activities were downloading and showing on the phone, it was not clearing them off the watch. So, instead I paired it with the home computer. Again after one approx the activities were downloading and showing on the computer but not clearing from the watch. So for the past 4 months I have to reset the watch at least once a month.
Is there anything else I can do ? When I reset my personal information and previous activities remain.
Any advice please .....

    The only option for this is a factory reset. Since it is constantly recurring you might want to call support and see if they can replace the device or come up with a better solution. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
