TomTom Start map updates outdated

I have a TomTom Start with lifetime map updates, yet the map updates I receive are outdated and don't show "newer" highways that have been open 3 years and also don't show "new" communities in my city that have been there for 8 years.

When I check on TomTom Home My Drive, the map shows the correct map version, but it's not updating the same map to my device.

I don't seem to be able to contact TomTom directly via email to find out what is going on. Any Ideas and suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

    When you call, do NOT respond with a model when prompted so that a live agent will respond. Tomtom has said those devices with lifetime map subscriptions will continue to get them, regardless of whether the device has been decreed as End of Life (no more maps) by Tomtom.
