Problem Syncing Spark to Phone

I updated my Spark to new software maybe 2 months ago. Started getting phone call and text notifications on my wrist. I loved it. This week however that sync has not happened. I have reset and 'forget device' and all that. However, that only worked the first time. Now I cannot get them to communicate at all. Not even to sync via bluetooth. I am getting very frustrated with this as my workouts and GPS don't even sync anymore. How can I resolve this?! Help!
