Routes won't sync to GO 50 using MyDrive

I've created some routes on the MyDrive website, but they do not sync over to my GO 50 device. I've tried connecting it via USB and MyDrive Connect, and also using Personal Hotspot, but neither work.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Are you are Logged into 'MyDrive' on the device ???
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Tomtom Services --> MyDrive... Login with your Email & Password

On the device Check your Free Memory... 400MB is considered to be the bare minimum
Try Clearing your Browser Cache and restart your PC
