Does MyDrive Connect program work with Recovery mode on G620?
Support has told me to use the MyDrive Connect program and recovery mode of the G620. But, when I start the program on my computer, it says the following:

Will it still work for recovery mode. Note that recovery mode is made complex on my device as currently the screen is blank and I don't get visual feedback (only audio), so I don't know if I am getting the timing right.

I reviewed your case open with the customer service and I see they have asked you for information to book a replacement.
Looks like something related to the hardware.
