English Language not available

I bought a go 5200 WiFi in Italy the languages available are Spain, Portugal, Italy, Polish, Greece, Hungary but not English what can be done if it's possible?

Two computer voices added to your device(Serena and Malcolm), they will be available for download when the device is connected to a WiFi internet connection.

After downloading Settings and Malcolm I can use voice activation but when I set a route it tells me the time of arrival after that silence.

I would suggest that you do a soft reset-> Plan a route->test it

Well, either needs a reset like Vikram mentioned or your sound is turned off :-) (which would have exactly that symptom).
