Unable to Download Start 25 Updates

I have installed the latest version of MyDrive Connect. My navigation device screen instructs me to go to tom-tom.com/getstarted but all I get is a video.

I wonder if the antivirus software is blocking the updates although I don't remember having this problem before.

Has anyone else overcome this problem please

    The correct link IS tomtom.com/getstarted (no hyphen) but if you already have MyDriveConnect, why do you think you have to go there again?

    Connect your device to the computer and log into MDC on the computer.

    Thank you for trying. I didn't intentionally insert a hyphen and guess its just the way my computer arranged the text as it overran the line.

    I downloaded the MDC software again as I have read that its important to have the latest version. I followed the instruction to plug the usb into the back of the MAC thats as far as I got.

    Unfortunately there is no telephone support for START 25 and my email to Tom Tom support has not been responded to.
