2 riders on one account, is that possible? | RIDER 400 and RIDER 550
Hi, I have an rider 400 and a rider 550. I have them on the same email account.
Could thiss give problems with updates?
I want to have the same routes on both riders. Can I do an export of routes with MRA ore MyDrive app to both riders?
Second question; does an export of a route with MyDrive contains gps ore itn?

Yes you can have multiple devices on one Account
On your new Rider 550 login using the same Email & password as your Rider 400, the MyDrive Web Route planner will sync your data to your new device
Important be aware...If both units are likely to be in operation at the same time

You can use Both .GPX or .ITN but See bellow...
Yes the latest devices can use .ITN files, If you are using Tyre you will have Save the .ITN route to your Desktop and transfer Itineraries via a Micro SDHC Card
Tyre over the air Transfer uses the Tomtom MyDrive Web Route planner during the transfer process, the MDW Route planner only syncs .GPX Tracks using this method (i.e... Does not sync .ITN Routes)
Routes Planned on the Tomtom MyDrive Web Route planner will sync .ITN Routes with the latest devices
But be aware the MDW Route planner has a couple of quirks (Easily overcome)

The NAV4/5(Wi-Fi) Rider 4xx 5xx devices can also transfer .ITN Route & .GPX via the The Tomtom Quick Route Transfer method (PC filing system) and over Bluetooth on the device
