Lost registration for Go 520 WiFi

Hello, I used to login normally at MyDrive Connect and my device (Go 520 WiFi) was normally shown at the welcome screen with its S/N. However, maybe due to some kind of conflict as I reinstalled MDC, now the device has disappeared and is not shown, although I do connect it.

The device still works normally with MyDrive and keeps getting the destinations through the cloud, as well as the last Europe map update. However, by not shown as registered in MyDrive Connect, the Support cannot send me e.g. new voices.

Is there any workaround for such a problem?
