I changed my email address last year. I tried to change my email address online without success. I contacted Support who said they would change it for me. It appears they have just opened a second account which has no TomTom device in it. So now who I try to change my email address, I'm told my account already exists!
Can someone in TomTom sort this out please?
Being able to email TomTom for Account support would also be helpful!
