    Hi there, on my phone I have Internet Connecticut, I browse www but when running the TomTom Go and trading to podatek subscription or login I receive information that there is no internet. What to do?

    I just tried to connect again and it is not possible. I hope Tomtom get this sorted soon, it's bloody annoying

    Hopefully they will asap, I've tried all possible solutions for the past hour (from previous questions) but no luck.

    In my experience there is nothing to be done other than wait for Tomtom to put it back online. I suspect it has been suspended pending the update and they are experiencing some unforeseen problems.

    Another part of Europe here, with the same issue.. :)

    SD card: yes (tried also without it)
    Android version: 8.1, security patch 5 June 2018 (Xiaomi Mi A1)
    Tomtom Go: 1.17.1
    Connection established to
    Tried in Android emulator: yes, NOX
    Does it work: yes
    Tried to restore older version from archive: yes
    Does it work: partially, restored app and restored maps load, but traffic/tomtom account connection does not. New maps can't be downloaded.

    I have the same problem on my Nexus 5. "Can't connect to TomTom. Try again later." (In Dutch, since I'm Dutch.)

    The strange thing is that there's no problem on my Nexus 6P. The app starts fine and works fine there. In both cases the app runs under the same Google account with the same TomTom subscription.

    I see that the MyDrive app for Android is receiving traffic data but just not GO Mobile.

    I had also the same problem
    Was not able to login and no Traffic
    And today i want to Upgrade my Services for a new year

    I call tomtom and they didn't say anything about this only please reset your app reinstall
    Not so nice when you are on holiday .( Glad i am not these weeks ).

    Traffic has stopped working on GO on my S7 Edge. It worked on Thursday, but not yesterday. Logged out on the app, cannot log back on. Tried everything including a thorough reinstall as recommended elsewhere on here. Can't get beyond the splash screen as I get a "Can't connect to TomTom. Try again later." error. There is no problem with my internet connection (on wifi or cellular data).

    I feel like this is a server issue rather than anything locally on my phone. Can anyone at TomTom provide us with more information?

    Even after a reinstall and trying the trick first installing in English it doesnt work.
    After installation and starting app message" Can't connect to TomTom. Try again later. This is only with the Tomtom GO Mobile app.
    When start the Mydrive app i am able to connect and also see traffic. So what is happen ?

    Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo (2016)
    Android 6.0.1

    Till end of june no problem
    at 02-07-2018 no connection no traffic, and after logout and try to connect again problem to connect.

    Any update from Support ? it very bad that you paid for a product and this take so very long after many complains after yesterday. Why is tomtom not give any update on this ?

    I have the same problem and so does my wife and a friend. We all lost traffic updates yesterday, 2nd July. My friend reset the app now he can't even access it. It looks like the app can't connect to the internet even though we all have a connection.I logged a ticket yesterday and have had no response. Come on TomTom, this needs sorting.

    I've had this problem since yesterday too. It's even worse as my app is no longer showing even the stationary speed cameras. I haven't used the app since I changed the maps before the upcoming holiday. I went from UK only map to Europe (1010.8884).

    I can't download the list of available maps either.

    App version 1.17.1, Samsun S7, Android 8.0.0
