Hi, I have connected an aftermarket camera on my TNS410 and the screen is still blue, it looks like it cannot detect/read the camera/signal.

Any one had this issue before and knows how to fix it?

Thank you

First, TNS410 is not a model name. Identify correctly using the following link:

    http://us.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9521/c/2355
(change the country flag on bottom right of screen to UK)

Second, I'm not aware of any Tomtom model that interacts with a camera.

    According to this https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/10963/~/toyota-tns410-features
    it is
    Rear view camera ready

Also see page 18 of the manual http://download.tomtom.com/open/manuals/eclipse2/toyota/refman/TomTom-en-GB.pdf
    Back eye camera
The view from the back eye camera on your car can be shown on your TomTom navigation device. The back eye camera must be connected properly and your navigation device must be docked in the car stereo.
To show the view from the back eye camera, press and hold the Screen button on the car stereo until the back eye camera is shown. To switch back from the back eye camera, press and immediately release the Screen button.
To switch automatically to the back eye camera when you are reversing the car, set this in the Main unit settings.

    Hi,

Thank you for the reply guys.

I have connected everything probably and i am also sure that I have power on the camera and the camera is sending signal back to my tomtom device but the screen it still blue like nothing s connected to it. Do you think that my tomtom it might be broken? cos the screen it does go blue automatically when I use reverse.

    Thanks again

    @SiCY

Sounds more like the camera might not be compatible
Are you sure you have installed it with the correct polarity of the power supply?

Yes i am sure but it might be camera issue, I will double check everything again to make sure.

    Thanks

Did you get this fixed? I have the same tomtom version and wondering whether it's worth the effort.
