TomTom Runner Cardio GPS Watch - Navi button fail

I can no longer select 'right' on the navigation button under the screen on my Runner Cardio GPS Watch. I can select all the other navigation directions, but right just won't work. This means I can now no longer start recording my runs. :(

Is there a way to get this button replaced?

    You need to call Support who can assist with parts replacement. You may want to try slipping a pin under the button and prying that side loose in the event it is just stuck. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
