Hands free says "tell me your voice password"

When trying to make a hands free call on my Tom Tom GO 620 WiFi, after I give the command to call someone it says "tell me your voice password" and will not complete the call. After multiple failed attempts and some mild cursing it suggests that I unlock my phone. To do so would require that I pick up my phone to unlock it, thus defeating the purpose of a hands free call.

Connected using a Samsung S8.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    NVM. I figured it out. It was a voice password for "BIXBY"
