"Unknown" Error when trying to check out

I've tried to purchase updates for my nav in my mazda. I try paypal and credit cards and get an error everytime.

    Perhaps your credit card is blocked for purchases in Europe (where TT is located)

    Does your address contain 'PO Box' ? Unless you are having somthing physically delivered the address just needs to be in the right form

    @Niall -- No PO Box. I tried to reenter things in different formats as well. I'll try to give their support a call before the weekend. Thanks!
