I am currently trying to update my device but unfortunately ran into an issue. I am unable to fit a newer version of the map that I currently have on my device, so as an alternative, I am trying to choose a different option which would not take as much space. My issue is that I cannot click on the 'continue' button (clicking the button performs no action) after selecting an alternative map and therefore I am unable to continue with my update. I have reinstalled the software, but the issue still persists.

The above image shows the window in which the issue occurs.
Don't hesitate to ask for more information. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Before you do, try this:
- Download the FREEWARE version of Revo Uninstaller from here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
- Completely remove MyDriveConnect from your computer
- Get a fresh copy at tomtom.com/getstarted and install.
See if things go better then...……..Unfortunately uninstalling the software using the suggested Revo Uninstaller did not work.
As for the country, I am in the United Kingdom.

Strange as it may sound, do you have an Ad-blocker installed on your computer by any chance?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why clicking on the “continue” button does not work?
Thanks.
Andrew.

Maybe because there seems to be a problem on the TT servers at he moment.
Why don't you want to add a memory card? Should free up plenty of space on the internal memory which can be beneficial for performance.

Ah, if there is a general problem I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for pointing this out.
Apart from the small cost, it seems crazy that a process which has been specifically developed to manage space does not work. Surely if TomTom develop a process, it should work!
Having said that, if I have no other choice I will do so. I'm a little confused by the type of card needed. Would you be kind enough to point me in the right direction, preferably on Amazon UK?
Thanks.

I would suggest a Sandisk, Samsung or similar major make of Micro SD class 10 card either 16gb or a maximum of 32gb capacity.
Something like this one

@DougLap
Thanks, I appreciate your help.
I tried using a different laptop and it worked! I guess there was either a problem with MyDrive Connect on the first laptop or it was simply due to the general problem you highlighted earlier.
Thanks again.
