HR monitor on Spark 3

Just got a new Spark 3 sports watch, but can't get the HR monitor to work. Am I doing something wrong?

    Are you sure you have a Cardio version? Are there LEDs on the back and when you press down and go to About does it say "cardio" at the top? If so, is it set for internal under Sensor>Heart (it should say On, not External)? If it is not a Cardio model you will need to use an external strap to get HR.
