How on earth do customers contact TomTom customer service?

For the life of me I cannot find an email address or standard charge phone number to contact TomTom. It is disgraceful that a customer has an issue with a device and the company expect other customers to sort it out through a forum.

    Like most other Companies and Retail outlets the contact details are at the bottom of the Page....
    Scroll to the bottom of this page
    From the Support Menu list
    Click 'Contact us'
    Or click Here... https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/contact/locale/en_GB

    Scroll to the bottom of the new page check your Countries flag is displayed (Screen bottom right) if incorrect click on one of the links and correct

    Drill down through the appropriate links
    You will eventually get to....

    FAQS --- FORUMS ---- EMAIL US---- PHONE US

    unfortunately this does does not get you anywhere. There is no route to a customer service email address. They appear to rely on this forum to answer problems.

    i have been speaking to an actual tomtom employee and my issue my issue is being resolved. They are aware of the difficulty in contacting them and hope to address the problem in the future.
