TomTom Spark Music is probably defect

I try this medium because
  1. No feedback from TomTom Support team on my mail of last Friday at 2.06 pm
  2. after 1 hour calling today nobody take the phone up (+31 20 7535 818).
I received a new cable last week to try if that works. Lady Jolanda took care of that on June 11, 2019. She sent a mail. Unfortunately, the TomTom Spark Music is still not working. I want to send the complete TomTom Spark Music including invoice of last year to your repair shop.

What do you suggest? What is the shipping address? Which papers do you need?

    There is nothing that can be done here, you need to call support to arrange for warranty repairs and replacement. Check that you have the right number and try a different one if that does not work. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
