I ordered a EU map yesterday, email confirmed payment was received but the map does not show up in Tom Tom Home.

Hi
Tried to call but was three times disconnected waiting while some music was playing.
At the end I called the UK helpdesk and they resolved the issue.
All was very annoying due to we are in Spain on holiday and calling is costly, waiting for a long time and then being disconnected is very disappointing.

I can imagine. Too bad you didn't say you were currently in Spain in your first post, I could have provided a phone number for that country. Agents speak English.0
