Connecting watch to a PC- Runner 2

Hello everyone. I have TomTom Runner 2. I downloaded MySports Connect, but my watch doesn't connect! I restarted the computer, re-downloaded the programme, but nothing happened! I tried to connect the watch to all computers in our family (both Mac and PC), but the app didn't see them. Is it a fabric problem of cable? Because they connect to mobile app via Bluetooth.

    It sounds like the dock is broken. First, make sure it is fully snapped into the dock, if it does not have a full connection it will charge but it will not be recognized by the computer (does it charge from the computer?). Also check that none of the pins on the dock are bent or pressed in, as that will prevent a connection. If they are you can pry them loose with a pin. If this is the case, call support to get a new dock.

    To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
