Over the weekend my Runner 1 stopped reading heart rate and I noticed that the green leds on the back have all of a sudden stopped working. Anyone else had this? Anyone been able to fix?
When I look at both leds in the dark and start a new workout I can see a very dull green glow from one side, but its obviously not enough for the HR to work.
Bit of a shame really, had the watch for many years now and its a good little unit once you ignore the fantastic strap

It is dead and since it is out of warranty there is nothing you can do to fix it (I assume you tried a factory reset just in case but I doubt that will help). Time for a new watch, since TT has left the wearables market and is not producing new devices, go with another brand from a company that is actively in the sports watch market and intends to continue producing and supporting devices.
I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.0
