Just purchased 520 go in Portugal and can’t get english voice

Is there anyway I can download English onto a 520 go I just purchased in Portugal?

As the devices are updated via WiFi you will need to arrange a special download of "Serena" and/or "Malcolm"
If you are based in Portugal, contact Customer Services (CS) on Monday

Added two computer voices(Serena and Malcolm) to your account.
They will be available for download when the device is connected to a WiFi internet connection..

Hi Vikram, appears to have downloaded ok but when I go into language (idioma in Portuguese) and select English it displays ‘a computer voice is not available in the selected language’.
Any ideas?0 -
I went ahead with continue and now have English. I can also see that Malcolm is selected so hopefully it will work even though the initial message said voice would be disabled as English not available.
