Why is it so hard to contact the Company TomTom

It's annoying when you get invoiced for something you did not purchase and you cannot get in touch with them from another country other than GB so they can fix it. Seems I purchased "Speed Cameras" for GB; problem is I live in Australia! Just how do you get in touch with them other than telephone. Time difference a problem. My account also has me living in GB and I cannot alter it. This Company seems to be invisible until they deduct money from your account.:rage:
