"please check your internet question" error

during the last week, i cant use mydrive connect on my win10 pc. the message above is there when i hover over the icon in system tray and it says "no internet connection" whenever i try and open up the program.

i've tried re-starting windows, un-installing and re-installing the program. no joy. everything else on my pc works fine(and yes there is internet access)

please help!

edit "please check your internet connection" is what the title should say, sorry.

edit2- now its working???

    Might you have an antivirus or firewall interfering with proper transmission?
