My via refuses to save favourites, albeit it has plenty of available memory

    When I try to save a favourite address it returns to the initial page 'add favourite' and refuses to save

    Superusers
    There is a limit to how many favourites you can save (48 I think). If that isn't the issue, try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    If that doesn't help, call the support number.

    already tried. I have no favourites.
