Go 60 won't turn on

My TomTom Go 60 won't turn on. I've charged it over night (with a new cable). When pressing the "on" button, the screen turns white, it plays the "drumroll", then immediately shuts off. I've tried holding down the power button for more than 30 seconds - no change. I've followed the instructions for Reinstall, as well as Factory Reset numerous times. They don't change the above scenario either - drumroll on a white screen, then immediate shut off. Any ideas?

    Did you do as it say in the video 11 - 20 seconds, "before you start, charge your device for at least 2 hours"?

    This means a power supply of 5V 1.2 amps, not a vehicle USB port, that only supplies 500 milliamps

    Im having this exact same issue. Anyone had any luck figuring this out. This all happened when trying to update the TomTom60 and it shut off while updating. Now it wont turn on completely. Only drumrooll and then loop.
