Using Win 10 Pro v1803.
I received a notice that a map update was available. I started My Drive Connect & it wouldn't let me proceed until I installed the latest My Drive Connect upgrade. I have now downloaded, installed/uninstalled multiple times. Each time, the installation appears to complete and attempts to start the program with the following result - 4 dialog boxes appear stating "The code execution cannot proceed because was not found. Filename alternates between VCRuntime.dll & MSVCP.dll, each appearing twice.
Any solutions?

    Hi @firbird

    With the error message "MSVCP140.ddl is missing" and "VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing" the Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable Program (x86) 14.0.24215 must be reinstalled.

    Watch this video:

    [video]

    1/ Close all open windows on the screen.

    2/ Download a fresh copy of the latest version of the installation file MDC 4.2.1.3495
    - On this page, at the bottom, the green button "Download for Windows:registered:":
    https://www.tomtom.com/en_au/mydrive-connect/
    - Or here directly from TomTom official servers:
    http://cdn.sa.services.tomtom.com/static/sa/Windows/InstallTomTomMyDriveConnect.exe

    3/ Go to the folder ==> C:\Program Files (x86)\MyDrive Connect\vcredist
    Double left-click on the executable file "vcredist_x86.exe" and follow the installation instructions.

    4/ Double left-click on the installation file MDC "InstallTomTomMyDriveConnect.exe" that you downloaded beforehand.

    In principle, it should work. Otherwise thank you to report it, we would try something else.

    Regards.
