updating for nearly 9 hours & still not complete!

i have been trying to update my tomtom trucker 6000, its been nearly 9 hours now & still not complete.
its still saying 1 hour 32 mins remaining

this is a joke.

this is absolutely s**t ! what a total load of rubbish !

now its saying 1 hour 20 remaining..

I make that 46 tomtom mins for every 12 min real time..

this rubbish needs sorting, cos ill smash this crap with a lump hammer...

you've deleted my original map on my device also..

can you do anything correct, you only have to look at the hundreds of complaints on your forums..
