Problem getting started on Via 1625

Nothing comes up after placing the city on the "Address" site after clicking on "Drive". The brochure says it will come up from a list, but nothing comes up. If there is a map (or supposed to be), that does not come up either. So, how to get an address listed so it navigates us towards it? Thank you!

    I'm from the UK, I think in the States you have to enter the US State first then the City/Town
