TOM TOM Start 25 with a MAP of Mexico

I would like to update my MAP of MEXICO, or better yet, buy a MAP of MEXICO-USA-CANADA.
The TOM TOM sends me to a page to BUY MAPS. I then ask to buy the MEXICO-USA-CANADA MAP,
fill in my name, address (street, City) BUT the system has me in UNITED KINGDOM! and tells me that
there is no way to sell me anything if my country is other than UK. The page says: change your
country in tomtom.com footer! It is british english!! And I do not understand what is a tomtom.com
footer.
I tried to change my information and billing address in my account, but the system does not allow me to
update my country (the system lets me enter my name, last name, street address, zip code).
There is no way no send an e-mail to TOM TOM to tell them what is happening to me!
Is there any one that might/could help me go through this?
