Synchronise headphones to new Runner 2 Music

Hi all.
I was looking for some help her. I got a Tomtom Runner Music 2 with headphones but my watch got stolen so I bought another watch (same model) assuming I could connect the headphones I already had. I am trying to synchronize them by doing what it says in the website (link below) but it doesn't work.
Do you know whether there is any other way?

Welcome to the Community!
Have you updated your new watch to the latest software 1.7.64? I checked your account details and couldn't find any watch linked to your email address registered with us.
I would advise you to download the Sports Connect software on your PC/laptop and update the watch using it. See here: TomTom Sports Connect
Please give it a test run once you update the watch by following the public FAQ you mentioned.
