GO 60 don't connect to MyDrive Connect

GO 60 VCxxxxxx(0) softwareversion 17.300.0018.311 (0)
MyTom Connect version 4.21.3495
Windows 10 PC TomTom driverversion 6.0.6000.16384
When GO 60 is connected via usb, MyDrive Connect try to connect.
When GO 60 is not connected it starts a repare. After 100% repare and still no connecteion it starts to repare again.
This continue undtil I disconnect GO 60.

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. If that doesn't help, call support:

    Hello,
    When I got the device, I installed MyDrive Connect on my laptop, managed to connect and download maps.
    After a couple of days, the device is unusable. I can not turn it on, only the logo TOMTOM see. No sound is heard(drum), and I can not even reset, and can not connect anymore to MyDrive Connect.
    TOMTOM is model 4FC64, OS on my laptop is windows 10
