I own an old Pro7100 device. I have now purchased an European map for it, but the map does not show in my profile so that I can download it. I am in South Africa. I have paid and received an invoice. Is there a e-mail address to contact Customer Support?

    The telephone number is not accessible from South Africa. Is there another way of contacting TomTom Telematics? I am unable to register on their web site.

    Hello ! Where would be the best place to get some maps of NZ ?
    I've got a useless Canadian-based TomTom unit that I haven't been able to use here unless I shell out $80-100 for NZ maps from the official TomTom website/PC application.

    Normally the GO 6200 came with worldwide maps, so get it via Settings> Maps > Add maps and select New Zealand by scrolling down. If it is not on the list, then contact Customer Services to get it added
