Sending issue- Battery replacement- Bandit

hi, I get an issue with Tomtom about their sending back an item of repair.
From the beginning :
8 of May the repair of a batterystick(Bandit camera) was taken by Tomtom under the number DER 5481043.
The 4 of June a guy of Tomtom customer care emailed me he will send me back a new batteryitem within 5-10 days. However, he did mention a wrong adressnumber. So I did email him back immediately and informed the Tomtomguy with the right adressnumber. He mailed me back and said sorry, however once again with the same wrong adressnumber.:rage:
And once again I send him the right adressnumber. Till now, I get no response. What to do next??

    Contact Customer Services by phone to chase it up and confirm that they now have the correct address

    Thnk you Niall, I phoned Tomtom customer care and at last, ( it took some time for them at the phone to dig into the issue) it seems the issue has been solved by them and they will send the item to my right adress. I'm curious about it,:rolling_eyes:
