Run Activity with Spark 3

First outing of my multi sport today.
A guided run where the runners are expecting data from me.
The run data is on the watch but it does not appear on the App on my IPad.
100% failure. Not impressed what so ever.
Going back to phone and strava.

    Where did you get a MultiSport from since they were discontinued several years ago? Was it used? How are you syncing the data, by the phone app o the computer? Did you install the correct apps and are the devices connected? Did you get any error messages? You just basically complained with no information that can be used to help you, almost as if you actually don't want any help.

    I can see that you've the Spark 3 watch linked to your account with old software version installed on it. You can connect your watch to the PC/Computer to update it with latest software 1.7.64 using the Sports Connect, see here: Updating the watch
